Our mission is to empower, hold space and facilitate life changing therapy that doesnt Re-Traumatise. 

 

We all have a story, one we stay attached to without even realising it. Our storys stop us from growing and living, but we dont need to keep Re-Telling and Re-living it over and over again in order to START changing this, we just need to start.

Our soul possess an innate capacity for healing. But navigating the challenges that life offers can prove overwhelming. Our aim is to share ‘literal’ skills for fielding life’s challenges with confidence.

This unique, powerful tool facilitates rapid trauma desensitization by moderating the emotional charges stemming from trauma and indicated by PTSD, Social Phobia and Acute Anxiety, it has been described as amazing and lifechanging.

Our personality is made up of parts, these parts are called our Resources. We can have part that want’s to exercise and a part that wants to watch tv. Both of these Resources have value to support us, yet may be in conflict internally at times.  We can have a part that creates behaviours or feelings caused by past trauma, which prevents us from living a healthy, fulfilling life.

Utilising easily learned practical steps designed to deal with the root cause of the issue. This means we see a REAL change in core trauma event.

Long-term activation of the stress response system results in overexposure to cortisol and other stress hormones, affecting virtually every system in the body, either directly or indirectly. This directly impacts our ability to concentrate and think clearly, and cause anxiety, headaches, body pains, upset stomach, changes to appetite, or trouble sleeping.

 

Breathwork can be used to create an altered state of consciousness to help people make positive changes within themselves. While psychedelic assisted therapy is still very much in its infancy, trials are currently occurring in Australia with amazing results. While this is all very promising, it will be a little while before psychedelic therapies are easily accessible. It is a little known fact that the altered states produced by psychedelic therapy can be achieved through Hylotropic Breathwork.

Mini sessions are not for dealing with complex trauma, the purpose is to release stress & anxiety, or tune into your inner world for a moment of clarity.
